Nicole Blunt

From the moment she got involved in her parents’ businesses at a young age, Nicole knew she had a passion for helping businesses thrive.

She joins us from commercial firm Hallmark Solicitors, where she guided numerous start-ups through their first legal steps, taking care of company incorporation, shareholders agreements, commercial contracts and T&Cs, to name a few. She also has experience in M&A, joint ventures, private equity and corporate compliance.

But the arduous road to becoming a lawyer wasn’t enough for Nicole. So she also embarked on an MBA, just for her own professional development and so she can give the most pragmatic and innovative advice to clients. Which tells you all you need to know about her character, and her love of business.
