Before joining Tend, Jenny was senior commercial legal counsel at Farfetch (an online fashion marketplace which floated on NYSE in 2018). Prior to that she spent time in the corporate department at US firm Proskauer Rose in London and trained at CMS Cameron McKenna.
Now she’s here to guide start-ups and fast growth companies through the legal landscape.
Her expertise covers all manner of commercial contracts (suppliers, brand partners, logistics, warehousing, POAs, NDAs), corporate, M&A, private equity and real estate.
When she’s not busy working hard for your business, Jenny spends time with her young family and enjoys the theatre, reading and horse riding.
