Craig Kelly

Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Craig is a corporate and commercial solicitor at Tend Legal, working with founders, business owners and leadership teams as they build, grow and protect their businesses.

He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company structures, governance and day-to-day commercial contracts.

Alongside this, Craig has a particular interest in intellectual property and regularly advises clients on trademark and copyright matters. His IP work has included a matter involving a Premier League and England international footballer, and advising on a copyright assignment connected to a well-known album cover. He enjoys helping clients understand how their intellectual property fits into the bigger picture of their business and commercial strategy.

Known for being personable, down-to-earth and easy to work with, Craig places a strong emphasis on clear communication and practical advice. He believes legal advice works best when clients feel comfortable asking questions, understand the issues they’re facing, and can make decisions with confidence.

At Tend Legal, Craig works closely with agency and commercial clients, supporting them with pragmatic, commercially minded advice and acting as an accessible part of their wider advisory team.

Outside of work, Craig is a keen football fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
